The current site and application contain synthetic organizations, people, products, prices, orders, prescriptions, results, credentials, and performance data. They are provided to illustrate workflows and are not offers, clinical records, verified partners, or production transactions.
No medical or pharmacy service
CLR RX is technology infrastructure. It does not diagnose, prescribe, choose treatment, compound, manufacture, dispense, test specimens, adjudicate insurance claims, or replace professional judgment. Qualified users and counterparties remain responsible for their regulated activities.
Permitted use
Users may evaluate the public materials and demonstration application for legitimate business purposes. Users may not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted data, interfere with service, impersonate another party, or use the service to violate law or professional obligations.
Accounts and authorization
Production users are responsible for accurate account information, credential security, role assignment, workforce access, and prompt removal of access that is no longer required. Customer administrators control their authorized users subject to platform safeguards.
Third-party services
Connections to pharmacies, facilities, labs, payers, processors, carriers, and business systems require separate availability, contracting, authorization, and validation. CLR RX does not guarantee a third party's performance or legal status.
Intellectual property
CLR RX software, design, content, and marks are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product and company names remain subject to final legal and trademark review before public launch.
Disclaimers and liability
The demonstration is provided as-is and as-available without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Final warranties, service levels, indemnities, limits of liability, dispute terms, and governing law will be stated in executed commercial agreements.
