Pharmaceutical and Regulatory Notice

CLR RX is a neutral workflow and commerce platform. It does not convert a party, product, transaction, or practice into a compliant one, and it does not replace legal, pharmacy, medical, laboratory, payer, or regulatory review.

01

503A

Section 503A generally concerns compounding by a licensed pharmacist in a state-licensed pharmacy or federal facility, or by a licensed physician, under applicable conditions including patient-specific prescription requirements. State pharmacy law and other federal requirements also apply.

02

503B

Section 503B concerns outsourcing facilities that elect to register with FDA and meet applicable conditions. Registration does not mean FDA has determined a facility or each product is compliant, safe, effective, or FDA approved. Facility status and inspection information require ongoing verification.

03

Product eligibility

Compounded drugs are not FDA approved. Availability, lawful compounding, essentially-a-copy restrictions, shortage status, bulk-substance requirements, state restrictions, and other conditions may change. CLR RX must not treat a catalog listing as legal clearance.

04

Responsibility

Providers remain responsible for clinical judgment and prescriptions. Pharmacies and outsourcing facilities remain responsible for compounding and dispensing activities. Clinics remain responsible for lawful ordering, receipt, storage, administration, billing, and use.

05

Routing factors

Marketplace and routing tools may organize configured factors such as jurisdiction, credentials, contract terms, availability, turnaround, shipping, and facility status. They do not make clinical decisions or provide legal conclusions.

06

Insurance

Insurance eligibility, claims, prior authorization, coding, coverage, and payment decisions depend on payer rules, contracts, documentation, and applicable law. Insurance-ready architecture is not a representation that a service or product is covered.

Legal review required

This working policy framework is designed to make the company's intended position visible and actionable. It should be finalized against the actual legal entity, contracts, data flows, vendors, states, insurance model, products, and production controls before reliance or launch.
